Lunc Ching means Dragon Well and the tea comes from the Hangzhou region in Zhejiang province. It's known for its full, round and almost nytty flavour. The tea is dried and shaped by hand in a large wok, which gives it a flat shiny apperance.

Prepare with maximum 70-80* hot water and steep for 2-3 minutes.
